Honestly, I didn’t want to do masters. I’m an only child and being an only child there’s this pressure on you to do everything. You have to be the one who is educationally accomplished, and married with kids. You just have to do everything because they don’t have anyone to look forward to. They want me to get my PhD but that will be an honourary award. My first degree was in Ilorin so I thought nobody really knows UnIlorin when it comes to the industry. Unilag has a reputation for training talents and I thought networking might be a good idea. It was a good idea because when I got to the University of Lagos, I was a masters student but I met undergraduates such as Broda Shaggi, and Stevechucks who were great talents and they became a star eventually. So, at that moment we were just organic friends not knowing where it will lead to. It was really a smart move.
